Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings.
  • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfers, and cash payments.
  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service.
  • Prices are subject to HST (13%) and any additional fees (tolls, parking, etc.).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.

4. Waiting Time

  • 15-minute grace period for regular pickups.
  • 45-minute grace period for airport pickups after flight landing.
  • Waiting time beyond the grace period is billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is allowed in the vehicles.
  • The chauffeur may terminate the trip without a refund for unruly or unsafe behavior.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

6. Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
  • A minimum $200 cleaning fee applies for spills, stains, or biohazards.

7. Delays & Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement.

8. Lost or Forgotten Items

  • We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
  • If found, items may be returned at the client’s expense.

9. Service Availability

  • All services are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Service may be limited during holidays, special events, or severe weather conditions.

Pre-Arranged Pickup Fees (Toronto Pearson Airport)

In accordance with the Toronto Pearson Airport Authority regulations, pre-arranged pickup fees will apply to all pickups at the airport. These fees are charged per trip and vary depending on the type of vehicle:

  • Sedan, Van, or SUV: $15.00
  • Stretch Limousine or Cargo Van (e.g., Sprinter, Transit – max. 12 seats): $27.00
  • Mini-Bus (13 to 25 seats): $49.00
  • Bus (26+ seats): $93.00

Note: These fees are mandated by the airport authority and will be added to your final invoice.

Additional Charges

  • Extra Stops: Additional charges apply for each stop made en route. The cost will vary based on the vehicle type and route specifics. Please contact us in advance for a quote if you require multiple stops.
  • Child Seats: If you request a child seat, a fee of $10.00 per seat will be applied. Please inform us at the time of booking if a child seat is required to ensure availability.
